Root Chakra Crystal Aromatherapy Healing Oil

The root chakra or base chakra is located at the base of the spine. It is the energetic foundation of our bodies like the roots of a tree, supporting the other energy centers. It relates to what grounds you to stability in your life, this includes your basic needs such as food, water, shelter, material matters such as money, your home and your emotional needs relating to satety, trust in yourself and self-confidence.

Signs of an imbalanced root chakra
• You focus material wealth and obsess over money.
• You're terrified of a loss of control.
• You have a general mistrust of others.
• You believe that the only person you can rely on is yourself.
• You're a workaholic.
• You have difficulty sleeping.
• You experience constipation and bowel issues.
• You have issues in the lower body, including the lower back, legs, feet, knees, and the base of the spine.

This root chakra oil is intentionally formulated to help heal your root chakra and move life force energy through each energy center smoothly. This oil is intended for topical use but you can also it to your baths or use it as moisturizer. 

To use, add 4-5 drops to palm and rub above your genitals at your root chakra counterclockwise until you feel energy and heat in this area. Visualize all life force energy in your body moving into this area. Do this daily to help bring energy into this chakra. This will encourage healing and proper energy flow.
